Can I create a joint fundraising page with friends or family using JustGiving?
Yes - Please refer to the information provided directly by JustGiving HERE
Please note that you can create your individual JustGiving page from within MyRunning, but if you choose to create a linked team page you will need to do this directly on JustGiving.

I no longer wish to, or cannot, participate due to pregnancy, injury, illness, operations or covid - what are my options?
We're sorry to hear you're no longer able to participate, we cannot offer a different distance. If you're looking to recoup your entry cost, the following transfer option may be available.
You can check if your event has the option to transfer your entry to another person by logging in to your MyRunning account and clicking ‘Manage my entry’ on the dashboard.
How to Transfer Your Entry
Step 1: Find Someone to Take Your Place and Verify Your Entry
Search for another runner who is interested in entering the event. Please note that we will encourage them to contact us to confirm that the entry is eligible for transfer.
Step 2: Arrange Payment
Agree directly with the new runner on the remuneration for the entry fee and organise this payment directly with the new runner. Note: GSI Events Ltd is not responsible for any transferred monies. These are done at your own risk.
Step 3: Transfer the Entry
Use the "Manage My Entry" function in MyRunning to transfer your entry to the new runner and complete the process. You will need their name and email address.
Step 4: New Runner Pays Transfer Fee
The new runner will be notified and must pay a £20 transfer fee within MyRunning to finalise the transfer.
Important Deadlines and Information
Stay Scam Safe: If transferring with someone unknown, we strongly advise verifying the entry with us before proceeding. If you do not know the person you are speaking to about receiving their entry, please contact us to verify they have an entry. You will need their name and email address to do this. Do not accept screenshots as proof of entry.
Transfer Deadline: The transfer deadline can change at the event organisers' discretion.
After the Deadline: If the transfer deadline has passed, you can withdraw from the event by selecting "Withdraw My Entry" via the "Manage My Entry" section in your MyRunning account.
Participant Numbers: Event numbers are personal identifiers and cannot be transferred to another person. For medical and safety reasons, running under someone else’s number is prohibited and will result in disqualification and potential banning from future events.
