Event Rules & Guidelines: The following event rules and guidelines are intended to help produce an event, to ensure the safety of all participants, to meet the requirements of local government permits. GSi Events retains the right to refuse entry to anyone declaring false information on their application, not making the required payment, or otherwise failing to meet the entry requirements. In any and all circumstances GSi Events retains the right to refuse entry to any person.
In completing this entry I declare that I, or anyone that I am paying for, will not compete in the run unless medically fit to do so and that, in any event, we will compete at my/our own risk. I accept that the organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses which may arise in consequence of my/our participation of the event. I agree to clean up after my dog(s), to ensure my dog(s) are leashed at all times and that the leash is no longer than 6 feet. I agree that my dog(s) must be over 12 months of age, that my dog(s) vaccinations are up-to-date and that my dog(s) are licensed. I agree to participate with no more than two dogs. I agree that if my dog(s) behaviour is unruly or might prove hazardous to other participants, dogs, or spectators, may be requested to leave at the discretion of the events team. I/We understand that entry fees are non-refundable.
I also hereby give my permission to pass my/our details to my chosen charity and to use my/our name, quotes, video footage, photographic likeness for marketing and promotional purposes. I also agree to the full Terms and Conditions as displayed on the event website.
